About the Role
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to maintain existing model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, and create new Power BI dashboards. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Model-Driven Apps:
Perform regular health checks and updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Ensure data integrity and security.
Support Power Automate Flows:
Monitor and troubleshoot existing flows.
Design and develop new workflows.
Maintain documentation.
Create Power BI Dashboards:
Design and develop new dashboards.
Update existing dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy and optimize performance.
Collaboration and Support:
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements.
Collaborate with IT for seamless integration.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience with Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Proficiency in data modeling and visualization.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
+2 years of Experience in Power Platform
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
Experience with Azure services and programming languages (JavaScript, C#, SQL).
Familiarity with SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
