Power Platform Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft's Power Platform, with hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals (Liquid HTML). While deep coding expertise is not required, basic knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies is essential to customize and extend Power Platform solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Power Platform Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Create and configure Power Portals using Liquid HTML for web-based solutions.

  • Develop and manage data models within Microsoft Dataverse to support Power Platform solutions.

• Customization and Scripting:

  • Utilize JavaScript to enhance and extend the functionality of Power Apps and Power Portals.

  • Implement custom scripts and business rules to meet specific business requirements.

  • Use Liquid HTML to customize the user interface and experience in Power Portals.

• Workflow Automation:

  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.

  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.

• Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

  • Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Power Platform applications and workflows.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.

• Documentation and Best Practices:

  • Document solutions, processes, and configurations clearly and comprehensively.

  • Follow best practices for Power Platform development, including security and governance guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portals).

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience with Liquid HTML for customizing Power Portals.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 services and integrations.

• Knowledge of basic SQL and database management.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies is a plus.
